This Friday will be Sunny and 75 degrees!  Come, bring your family, sit back, relax and enjoy an evening of great Jazz.  We are excited to have Colin Gordon as our guest artist. Colin just graduated from the Eastman School of Music with a Masters degree in Jazz Performance.  He is the 2012 recipient of the Outstanding Jazz Artist Award from Eastman School of Music.  This is an opportunity you do not want to miss.

Celebrity Scoop Night:  Join us for our Celebrity Scoop Night on May 29th from 6-9pm at Rita's of Horseheads, where PeaceWorks club members will be scooping ice from the behind the counter.  Come and support PeaceWorks and get a great treat at the same time.

Interact Club:  the Interact Club is sponsoring a Luau dance on Wed. May 23rd in the EFA Cage from 8-10pm.  Tickets are $3 ahead and $5 at the door.  They are being sold during lunch periods Mon- Wed in the Cafe.

Elmira Pioneers Cheerleading Tryouts Saturday, May 19th 2-5 pm.  Dancers Alley 94B Old Ithaca Rd. Horseheads.  Must Be 16 years old or Older.


CarWash for Cancer.  Come support your local relay for life team:  Cure 4 Sure.  May 19th 9am-1pm at Rossi Lanes $5 a car.  Don't have a car we can wash?  Support by making a donation, buying a baked good or rummaging through the rummage sale.


Luau:  There will be voting for Luau King and Queen nominations taking place in 3rd period classes Today for freshmen, sophomores and juniors only.

Seniors:  Those who would like their pictures done at Elmira College before the Prom you need to be there by 6pm.  Make sure everyone comes.

Attention Camelot Cast Members: A Emergency meeting on Thursday, May 10th immediately following 8th period in Rm 224.  We will be very brief.


Tech Team:  All students that have attended Tech Team or worked on the play set need to see Mr. Wall by Thursday, May 10th

Fall Sport sign-ups now going on in the health office.  Stop in to make sure all your paperwork is done.


International Club:  the International club is raffling tickets for a hanging Quilt.  1 ticket is $1 3 tickets for $2.  Tickets are available in Rm 214A or you can buy from International Club member.


Boys Basketball open gyms this week have been canceled.

Sunday from 2-4 will be held the annual Bear Creek trout nursery trout derby - for kids under 13.  Most kids catch fish and we have loads of prizes and free food and drinks.  It is in Daggett PA and very easy to find.  If you seek more info, contact Rocky Criss at EFA

Seniors:  The Senior Award Ceremony will be Tuesday June 5th @ 6:30.  If you are being recognized you will receive an invitation i the mail.  if you have won an award  or scholarship let your counselor know ASAP.
